Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reservationist. As a Reservationist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive guest experience by handling reservations and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Manage incoming reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
- Provide accurate information about room availability, rates, and amenities
- Assist guests with special requests and inquiries
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the hotel management system
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, packages, and discounts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Utilize phone systems and maintain proper phone etiquette at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest relations role is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is desirable
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.91 - $20.36 per hour
